Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days via USPS.
We offer refunds as long as they are requested within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at info@eelitegear.com. If your refund request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
